Notes:

1. Calculation
   a. Positive Business Outlook was taken as is (%)
   b. Work Life Balance (score from 1-5) was normalized using (score-min)/range, i.e., (score-1)/4


2. Coverage
   a. Grind Score > 1
   b. US-based companies
   c. VC/PE backed private companies + public companies
   d. >100 Glassdoor reviews
   e. Positive Business Outlook > 50% (to remove companies that only make the list due to very low WLB)
    f.  Excludes merged and acquired companies
